CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS - PRIMARILY
EQUAL PROTECTION, DUE PROCESS, AND
THE FIRST AMENDMENT - FROM A GAY AN
TRANSGENDERED RIGHTS PERSPECTIVE.
STUDENTS WILL BE MOST PREPARED FOR
THIS COURSE IF THEY HAVE TAKEN A591
(CONSTITUTIONAL LAW: FREEDOM OF
EXPRESSION) AND A592 (CONSTITUTIONA
LAW II). STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT
TAKEN EITHER OF THOSE COURSES
MAY NEED TO DO ADDITIONAL READING
TO FULLY COMPREHEND THE ASSIGNED
MATERIALS.
